As a native Floridian I have seen the east coast grow tremendously in both population and congestion over the years. When I finally had a chance to really experience the area around Melbourne Beach in 2001 I realized that here was a place that still retained the "old Florida" look I that had experienced (and loved) in my hometown of St. Augustine. The "laid back" atmosphere of the south beaches, the abundant preserve lands, the numerous ocean and river accesses, and of course the great fishing and surfing are very different from the south Florida scene. All of these aspects combine to make this an ideal area in which to live, work, and (of course,) play. My previous occupation for 26 years as a paramedic supervisor and firefighter taught me the value of responsibility and concern for the welfare of others. As a REALTOR I have extended those same character values to my work with clients and customers. If you are looking to purchase I will "go the extra mile" to help you find just the right property, and to help you in whatever manner you may need even AFTER the process is complete.
